Local Agency Increases Notification Effectiveness

A local agency responsible for broadcasting emergency notifications was concerned about its ability to reach everyone in the public who might be affected.

Historically, the agency struggled with incomplete and outdated contact information. While that remained an issue, the increase in wireless-only users became quite problematic as well.
