Joy A. Nemitz

Joy A. Nemitz is an accomplished international telecommunications executive with 16 years of experience in business startup, business development, product management, corporate marketing and sales positions. She is directing TARGUSinfo to find new ways to transform its uniquely accurate phone, name and address data into powerful business solutions.

Joy comes to TARGUSinfo from Synchronoss Technologies, a provider of on-demand transaction management software to Tier One telecommunications providers, where she was Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. At Synchronoss, she directed strategy for penetrating wireless, VoIP and next-generation provider markets and formed numerous strategic partnerships to expand product portfolios and increases sales.

Prior to Synchronoss, she was Vice President of International Business Development and Sales for VeriSign Inc., where she helped lead the global expansion of VeriSign's telecommunication services business. She focused on the Latin American market and developed strategic relationships.

Joy has also served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Scoreboard Inc., a wireless infrastructure engineering company. At Scoreboard, Joy led international product and sales strategy, developed indirect sales channels, and revamped a domestic sales team. She began her career at GTE Corp. (which later became Syniverse), where she rose from Client Support Operations Manager to Assistant Vice President.

Joy holds a bachelor's degree from Gannon University of Erie, Pa., and a master's degree from Southeastern University of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
